The Red Castle School, Escuela de Idiomas

We are a team of more than 60 teachers working on the same project and the same methodology. Some of us are natives, others bilingual and others Spanish with a lot of experience with children and adults. We are English, Irish, American, Greek, Georgian, German, Chinese, etc. We have 30 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language but The Red Castle School as such was inaugurated in 2010. When we saw the great need to work with good teachers in a project not only in English but also in French. German and Chinese.

We believe that there is a very delicate balance between playing and learning, and that by playing you learn better. We start with 18-month-olds and continue teaching up to adults.

From the beginning we maintain the child's natural learning methodology through COMMUNICATIVE APPROCH, a system that we are improving, updating and adapting to each level.

Our students, both children and adults, can have a course to speak better and even be able to obtain a diploma valid all over the world, such as the official Trinity College diploma.

Method

Our method is our own, gradual and progressive, prioritizing listening and speaking, which is not taught in schools. Our method is communicative and adapted to the age of the children.

We offer more hours per year, which increases the progress of children and is perceived by parents as a more efficient method. We offer 100 hours of language per year totally taught in the language you want to learn.

The classes are fun with a wide variety of activities, which make them more interesting and bearable, thus achieving an hour and a half of effective class per day.

Our method consists of working on one content per class, repeating it several times during class to reinforce learning. This content is reinforced with stories, songs, games and oral and written activities that integrate it in a broader context.

Groups are created with a minimum of 4 students and are closed with a maximum of 8 children. This gives them the opportunity to speak and repeat the contents of the language they are learning individually.
