Description
The new space of the Museum has two floors, on which posters, scenography pieces, photographs, props, puppets and videos of plays and documentaries are displayed. The Museu das Marionetas do Porto has the charm of a small place to discover the universe of contemporary puppetry.
The Museum's privileged location, in the Historic Center of the City, together with the proximity to the Company's headquarters, allows for the creation of dynamic practices, which are always renewed.
The opening of the Museu das Marionetas do Porto marked 25 years of the Company and simultaneously inscribed the work of its author in the City.
