Description
Witton Country Park covers 480 acres of mixed woodland, parkland, grassland and farmland. There is a wide range of sporting facilities available.
The park has many areas which have either level access or are accessible via the use of ramps and handrails.
These include:
- a sports turf
- an athletics track (with changing rooms)
- a show field
- the Pavilion café
A whole range of events and facilities take place which include:
- mini soccer
- picnic areas in woodland settings
- playgrounds (with climbing apparatus, a slide and wobbly bridge)
