El Atelier de Diego Caride

We are sweet, creative and artisans. From our workshop we want to give your life those sweet moments that come out of our piping bags and our kneading.

Our captain is Diego Caride. After more than 15 years visiting different pastry shops and training other pastry chefs, Diego decided to settle in the San Roque neighborhood and open his own pastry shop. And here you have the whole team to make you smile with our buns at your breakfast, prepare that perfect cake for a special birthday, or simply so that every day you have your bread waiting for you to come sink your teeth into it.

We believe in craftsmanship above all else. From the base ingredient to the final result, everything that we present to you on our counters has been made with our own hands. And we do it with the determination that everything you put in your mouth translates you into the flavor of the sweets of always, and the most recognized pastry shops with your eyes. Because we dream that, one day, this sweet corner of Vigo will be part of the rest of the world.
