Description

A Roman naturalist once described hops as wild and untamed, twining and choking the willows, taking them down like a wolf destroys its prey. They were named Lupus Salictarius, Latin for Wolf of the Willows.

Est. 2014, Wolf of the Willows are a proudly independent brewing company located in the Bayside suburb of Mordialloc VIC, Australia. We have a passion for producing hand crafted, modern ales that are distinct in quality and flavour, from easy drinking pales to barrel aged beauties.
